Greer Hamilton, MSW

Greer Hamilton, MSW is a Buffalo transplant who has spent her years in Buffalo working as a Social Worker to help enhance the quality of life of residents and communities throughout the Western New York area. Greer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo dual degree Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Social Work program.

In addition to her work on the Hamilton-Wilson Student Support Fund, Greer is passionate about her work as a Community Impact Coordinator with the John R. Oishei Foundation’s Mobile Safety-Net Team, an Adjunct Instructor for University at Buffalo School of Social Work, a founding member of the YWCA of the Niagara Frontier Advisory Council, a member of Just Resisting, the Advocacy Committee Chair for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW-NYS) Western Division, and  a member of the NASW-NYS Diversity Committee.

Greer is passionate about ensuring that the Social Work profession continues to become more diverse so that leadership in the public sector is more representative of the communities they serve.

Danise C. Wilson, MPH

Danise C. Wilson, MPH  is a lifelong resident of Buffalo, NY and has committed the last 20 years to the enhancement and enrichment of her community through programming and outreach. ​Mrs. Wilson is a graduate of the Buffalo Public School system, Daemen College, and the University at Buffalo, Masters of Public Health degree program. 

As the mother of five children, she is personally invested in promoting the advancement of health outcomes and quality education in Western New York. Danise is also a passionate activist, serving as a volunteer and helping to enhance the overall well-being of people in her community.

Danise is passionate about encouraging, mentoring and providing opportunities for all individuals to achieve their personal goals.
